There is a huge life changing difference between feel good phrasing that brings on a temporary dopamine rush emotional high- that works until a trigger rears its little teeth and someone handing you an Axe to hack down your walls and shred those little monsters to pieces by focusing your repressed emotions *usually anger* that finally surface with their guidance.
